Online payment processor's have fraud protection policies and they don't share your full card number with sellers.

 

Payment via PayPal:

Paypal - You can choose to register with Paypal or you can choose the fast checkout option (without registration).

With paypal you can use most major credit and debit cards or bank accounts (e-cheque orders).
Please note e-cheque orders (using bank account to pay) take approx 8 - 10 days to clear.

Payment via Protx

Most major debit and credit cards accepted.

This is the most direct option and is processed via our secure Barclays Merchant Services system.

Please register in our online store and choose protx as a payment option in our checkout system.
You do not need to register with protx to use this service.

Please note: For added security this payment system has 'Verified by Visa' and Mastercard 'Securecode security' options where you may need to set / use your card's password.

 

Payment via Google Checkout

 

This is one of the fastest options if you don't like filling out forms or registering too much.

Add items to your shopping cart in our online store, then on the view 'cart contents' page, click on GoogleCheckout button underneath the checkout button.

This bypasses our shop registration system and takes you to Google Checkout page. You will need to register with Google but it should be very quick and straightforward. Your order will be stored in the google system.

• Shop with confidence:

We can deliver to a different address than your billing address.
To do so, please include delivery address in 'Optional Instructions' section of order when making a payment. Alternatively e-mail us with your preferences.

Cheques via our online store

Our online store offers a payment by cheque ordering system. Once registered with our online store, and in the checkout payment options page please choose:

'Check / Money Order' option.

This stores the order in our online system and in your account with us and makes it easier for order tracking and printing invoice / order form.

Normally orders are sent within 2-5 working days after cheques have been rececived and paid into our bank.

Troubleshooting

INormally when you complete an online order with our online store you should receive an automatic payment confirmation as well as an order confirmation from our online shop.

IIf you are not sure if your payment has been successfully completed or authorised please contact us via email or by phone.

If your payment has been accepted however the order doesn't show up in our shop / google the please contact us. This can happen if the final page doesn't load or if the continue button is not pressed after the transaction has been completed.
